My story

Snapseed.heic

In 2013, my life took a turn when I received a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. Determined to embrace the world around me, I embarked on a journey of exploration, accompanied by my beloved canine companion, Furla. As I ventured out, I began capturing my walking adventures through photography and started sharing these beautiful moments with friends and family on social media.

To my surprise, after about a year, some friends approached me expressing interest in purchasing a few of my pictures. Without hesitation, I thought, "Why not?" And so, at the end of 2014, Maxey Images was born. I started selling my photography primarily through Facebook and at various Christmas and crafts fairs throughout the Cotswolds.

However, as with any journey, there were obstacles along the way, and I faced some challenging years that caused me to put Maxey Images on hold. Nevertheless, my passion for photography and my deep desire to capture the beauty of the world never wavered. Encouraged by my family and those around me, I made the decision to relaunch Maxey Images with a fresh new look and renewed enthusiasm.

Now, I invite you to join me on this revitalised journey. Explore the wonders I've captured through my lens and experience the joy and inspiration they evoke. Maxey Images is back, and I'm excited to share this renewed passion with you.
